Standard Call out
A minimum call out of £25 applies, and then £20 per hour after. Most estimates can be given over the phone/E-mail, so you can give us some idea of what you require and we can give you a timescale of the problem being resolved.
General Issues
We will resolve any Hardware/ Software issues that you may have, including spyware, Virus and General Computer performance problems.
New System Setup
Purchased a new P.C and not a clue how to set it up and then need assistance to copy all your old data over from your old P.C? We can offer our services by setting up your new Computer(s) and copying the data over to your new P.C. We will also reconnect the P.C back on to the internet.
Repairs
We offer a wide variety of repairs on all types of IT, e.g. Hard drives, Memory, Wireless we’re sure we can help.
Upgrades
We will complete any Hardware and Software upgrades to your satisfaction, e.g. Operating System upgrades, Memory installs etc…
Internet
We will install and troubleshoot any broadband/ Internet issues that you may have, whether it be ADSL or Modem dial up, we’ll be able to help. We also setup Wired/ Wireless networks at both home and in office environments.
Backups
Having problems with your P.C not powering up and desperate to retrieve your data? We offer a service to restore this data and back up DVD or other backup facility.
System Restores
Having a problem with your operating system and P.C will no longer start up? We can completely re-install your OS and get you back up and running.
